Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 days of booking (the 'cooling-off period') and will receive a full refund, provided the course has not already started.

After the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Non-attendance is considered as a cancellation, and no refund will be given.

In exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the Director, course credit may be offered for future use. Requests must be made in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
